Simple. There is a link in your Quanta Affiliate Back Office that allows you to open up a "Support Ticket" that delivers directly to the Quanta Customer Support Desk. When you submit a ticket, you will be assigned a Ticket ID number and you'll recieve an automatic e-mail from Customer Support indicating they received your request. Most Customer Support Tickets are responded to within one business day, but others may take longer. You will always be able to track status of your Ticket through the Back Office system.
